Transparent Policies for Your Peace of Mind

It is assumed that all website visitors have read and agreed with all of the Refund & Policies listed on this page, while on the website and before placing their order(s).

Nature of Service
Mental Wellness Lab provides informational, non-medical wellness support. Our broadcasts do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
Activation & Billing
Broadcasts begin within approximately 24 hours of activation. Billing cycles renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel future automatic renewals any time through their account or by email request, however, cancellations do not translate into automatic refunds. All subscriptions are automatically renewed, unless customer requests that Mental Wellness Lab cancels their service. 
Refund Policy
Because Peak Mental Health Broadcasting is an instant activation service that delivers continuous output once started, refunds are not available after activation.

However, our two-week complimentary trial ensures clients can experience the broadcast risk-free, before purchasing. Customers are required to sign up for their three-week complimentary trial using their credit or debit card and will not be charged if cancelled within this 14-day window of time.

If customer does not cancel their service, they will be subsequently charged for the following month(s) of service and monthly or otherwise, thereafter (meaning: every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, or every 12 months, depending on the subscription plan the originally signed up for. 

If they want to cancel their service, for example their 3-month subscription plan, that can easily be done via their own account dashboard or by emailing us their request.

Customers’ request to cancel will be executed on our end at the end of the month in which they cancel. However, if they cancel their 3-month subscription in month 2, for example, there will be no refund for month 3 because of the discounted rate given at the beginning of the service.

Privacy & Data Handling

  • Your name and photo are encrypted and used solely for connection purposes.
  • They are never shared or sold.
  • You may request deletion of all data within approximately 24 hours after your service ends.
Customer Information
After signup, customers agree to supply Mental Wellness Lab with their first and last name, head-shot photo, date of birth, and city / state / country currently residing in. Broadcasting cannot start until this information is provided to us.
